We generally rent in the winter, spring and autumn. We rent to groups, including choirs and arts organizations, for their retreats. We also rent to groups of friends, families and chosen families. We know first-hand how conducive the place is for spending time together.

If you have particular needs and requests, we are open to hearing them. This is very much a family project and we are happy to hear about your wishes. If you are part of a group (social justice, community or arts) which has a smaller budget and you would like to request a sliding scale rent, you may ask. 

To give you an idea of prices for the rental…

The base price for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) for 1 or 2 people using one bedroom only is $700. This includes the cleaning fee, kitchen staples, the heat and wood used, and all linens being provided.

Each additional queen bed room is $100/weekend. Each bunk bed is $50/weekend. So, if all beds are used the price for the weekend is $1200.

The un-winterized cabin is added, upon request, for an additional $150 for the weekend.

The weekly price is $1600. The monthly price is $3950.

Any rentals from May 15-June 20, and September 4-October 15 are considered high season as the lake is normally available for swimming and boating. Prices are 15% higher during these times.
